can not log in to ftp can u help i keep geting same message

Also cant log in, I have sent PM 4 weeks ago but as yet still no reply. If at all possible can some one check this out.

You have access to the FTP, and have had for some time now. Have you tried it ?
If you want your password changing you will have to let me know.

In fact your password is whatever it was in March.
